  • 4 cups strong coffee
  • 1 can sweeten condensed milk, lukewarm.
  • 1 tsp pure almond extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients:

  • Thai coffee beans
  • Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Condensed milk

Instructions:

Blend brewed coffee and sugar well. Fill enough water to make 2 cups of coffee. Pour coffee into cups and stir with condensed milk and pinch of salt. Serve hot.

Do not dilute with more water after it’s done steeping. coffee should be bitter and strong for genuine Thai recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Freshly brewed Thai coffee
  • Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice
  • Evaporated milk
